⚠️ Important: Our Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
Please note that all cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.
No changes can be made within 24 hours of the session, as the appointment will be locked in the system and cannot be moved or adjusted.
If the client does not attend the session, the session will be considered forfeited and is not eligible for rescheduling or a refund.
🔄 1. How to Reschedule Your Session
You can view your sessions anytime through the client portal or app:
Option 1:
- Open your email confirmation
- Click on the Reschedule Session link
- Choose a new date & time from the available slots
- You’ll receive an updated booking confirmation and calendar invite via email
Option 2:
- Log in to your account via the portal or app
- On Dashboard or “My Bookings“, look for the appointment you’d like to reschedule
- Tap the three-dot icon beside the session you’d like to reschedule
- Choose a new date & time from the available slots
- You’ll receive an updated booking confirmation and calendar invite via email

Tip: If you don’t see a time that works for you, feel free to reach out — we’ll do our best to help you find a suitable alternative.
❌ 2. Cancelling Your Session
Please note that clicking “Decline” or selecting “No” in your Google Calendar invite does not cancel your booking. If you wish to cancel your session and it’s more than 24 hours in advance, you can do so by contacting us directly:

💳 Refunds for Paid Sessions
If you request to cancel a session and it is more than 24 hours in advance, you can qualify for a refund. We’ll ensure the process is as smooth as possible:
- For payments made via Card or E-Wallet, the refund will be automatically returned to the same account.
- If the payment was made via FPX (Online Bank Transfer), kindly include your bank account details in your message to us so we can process the refund manually.
