Psychological assessment is the process of assessing a person's mental health and behaviour with the use of standardised tools, observations and other methods.

Our clinical psychologists conduct assessments to diagnose mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), autism spectrum disorder (ASD), among others.

How it works

Booking an assessment for your child

1. Clinical Intake

During the clinical intake, our clinical psychologist will take the time to understand your child's background in depth, including their formative years, family and social relationships, education and employment history, and physical health.

At the conclusion of the clinical intake, our psychologist will discuss the next steps with you, such as whether to move forward with a psychological assessment or therapy sessions for your child.

If further assessment is needed, our psychologist will explain the needed assessment tools and what to expect during the psychological evaluation, as well as the fees.

This information will help you make a fully informed decision about whether to proceed with the assessment or explore other options.
