This guide will help you stay on top of your upcoming therapy appointments with ease. Learn how to view your sessions, add them to your calendar, set extra reminders, and join your online sessions smoothly.
🔍 1. How Do I View My Upcoming Sessions?
You can view your sessions anytime through the client portal or app:
- Log in to your account here
- Head to “My Bookings”
- Your upcoming sessions will be listed there along with the date, time, and with which therapist.
You’ll also receive reminder emails or notifications ahead of your sessions if you enable push notifications.

- ✅: Confirmed appointment
- 🚫: Cancelled appointment/Failed payment
📅 2. How to Add Your Session to Google Calendar (Via Email)
After booking a session, you’ll receive a an email with a calendar invite from Aloe Mind Team.
- Open the email titled “Invitation: Name” from Aloe Mind
- Click on the “Add to Calendar” button
- It will automatically open your Google Calendar with the session details pre-filled
- Click Save to add it to your calendar
If this is your first time receiving booking emails, you might notice it shows as coming from an “unknown sender.” This is a standard Google security feature and nothing to worry about. It usually goes away after the system recognises the sender over time.

⏰ 3. How to Add Extra Reminders in Google Calendar
If you want more than the default reminder:
- Open your Google Calendar
- Click on the session you just saved
- Tap the edit icon ✏️
- Scroll to “Add notification”
- Add additional reminders (e.g. 1 day before, 1 hour before, custom)
- Click “Save“
This way, you’ll receive multiple reminders leading up to your session.
