Workshop: Parenting Styles – How We Shape Our Children (14 Aug 2026)
26 July, 2026
Have you ever caught yourself thinking “Oh no, I sound like my parents”? You are not alone. The way we respond to our kids when we are tired, or stressed isn’t random. Most of the time, we are just repeating patterns we grew up with without even realising it. The parenting style we experienced as children becomes our style unless we actively choose to change it.
We are hosting a practical 90-minute workshop in Aloe Mind PJ designed for parents and parents-to-be who want to break down these patterns and build a healthier connection with their kids.
Led by Wei Shan Registered Clinical Psychologist, CP1-0371, MAHPC(CP)00170.
