About me

Get to know Yasmin

Yasmin is a clinical psychologist who has experienced in working with children, adults, and athletes dealing with neurodevelopmental disorders such as Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and learning difficulties, emotional distress, behavioral difficulties as well as mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, burnout, and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD).

Her passion focuses on sports and lifestyle issues which include phobias, hair pulling disorders, skin picking behaviors, eczema as well as obesity with mental health concerns. Yasmin has been working alongside a sport psychiatrist in a sports psychiatric clinic to help athletes with mental health challenges since 2021. She also has worked with many healthcare professionals to provide talks, mental health screenings, and workshops relating to mental health and parenting skills.

Yasmin holds a Master of Clinical Psychology degree with a BSc (Hons) in Human Development and Developmental Psychology minor. She is also a national classifier for Para Athletes for the Intellectual Impairment category and she is proficient in English and Malay.
