Get to know Sabrina
Sabrina is a warm, inclusive therapist who works with adults, teens, children, students, and LGBTQ individuals.
With a compassionate, client-centered approach, she creates a safe space where people can explore, express, and grow. Trained in evidence-based therapies like CBT, DBT, EFT, and Narrative Therapy, Sabrina supports individuals and groups through life’s challenges.
Her background includes working in vocational education, leading sandplay therapy for children, and running anxiety support groups for adults. Sabrina is also currently pursuing her Marriage & Family Therapy certification to expand her work to support couples and families.
Sabrina believes therapy isn’t just about change—it’s about connection, clarity, and being truly heard: a sanctuary for honest expression. She’s passionate about walking alongside others as they navigate the shifting tides and stormy waves of life, offering steadiness, insight, and support along the way
Outside of work, Sabrina finds joy in life’s simple pleasures—getting lost in jigsaw puzzles, unwinding with a good movie, exploring new places, and hunting down the perfect cup of coffee. Most of all, she cherishes quality time with her family and friends, where laughter and connection are always at the heart.
