About me

Get to know Nur Zafeera

Zafeera works primarily with adults from diverse backgrounds (Malaysians and non-Malaysians), ranging from 18 to 60 years old. Her professional experience includes working with young children, adolescents, adults, underprivileged youth, individuals with special needs, and the LGBTQ+ community.

She has experiences supporting clients with a wide range of concerns, including emotional dysregulation, sense of self, trauma and abuse, grief and bereavement, interpersonal and relationship difficulties, life transitions, substance use, sex addiction, ADHD management, career concerns, self-harm, and suicidality.

She also works with couples and partners seeking support in improving communication, navigating conflict, strengthening emotional connection, rebuilding trust, and addressing relationship challenges and transitional periods.

Zafeera is equipped to support clients through periods of crisis as well as everyday life challenges. Her approach combines exploration with practical skill-building and life skills in helping clients gain new insights, healthy coping strategies, stronger relationships, and simply managing daily life.

Zafeera provides a collaborative environment where clients can reflect, process, and explore their experiences at a pace that feels right for them. Whether clients are facing a difficult period, struggling with longstanding concerns, or seeking personal development, she is committed to supporting them in building a life that feels more fulfilling, balanced, and aligned with them.

Outside of her professional work, she enjoys cycling in the quiet hours before dawn, reading classic science fiction novels, and finding new ways to annoy her cat on a daily basis.
