About me

Get to know Kiran

Kiran is passionate about creating a safe, affirming space for individuals to explore their inner world and move toward lives that are aligned with their values.

In her practice, Kiran supports adolescents and adults from diverse backgrounds, helping clients navigate emotional regulation difficulties, challenges with identity and self-worth, relational concerns, stress and burnout, life transitions, and clinical issues such as anxiety, mood disorders, and trauma.

Her main therapeutic approach is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Rather than focusing on eliminating distress, she works collaboratively with clients to help them make space for uncomfortable internal experiences, respond with greater awareness, and take meaningful steps forward. She believes strongly that therapy should be adapted to each individual, honouring their pace and personal goals.

Beyond private practice, Kiran is involved in community-based mental health initiatives and advocacy-focused workshops, providing psychological support and psychoeducation to populations with limited access to mental health services.

At the heart of her work is the philosophy that therapy is a collaborative, relational journey, rooted in openness, self-compassion, and respect for each person’s lived experience.

Kiran is deeply committed to walking alongside clients with warmth, curiosity, and care, supporting them in building practical tools they can carry beyond the therapy room.

In her downtime, Kiran enjoys hitting the courts for tennis or pickleball, and unwinding with music. Every now and then, she braces herself for a run-in with her Duolingo owl in her quest to improve her Spanish.
