Get to know Jean
Jean is trained in providing psychological interventions and assessing mental health conditions, in addition to advocating for mental health literacy and resiliency.
She works primarily with adults ranging from issues surrounding everyday life stressors, relationship issues, workplace issues, to clinical and trauma care work.
Currently, Jean is serving as an in-house psychologist that focuses on supporting employees’ mental health. She has also been working with vulnerable communities for many years, such as supporting victims of abuse and refugees from her work in Women’s Aid Organization, Health Equity Initiatives, and UNHCR. Through her work experience in the humanitarian field and her passion for mental health, she often looks at systemic and institutionalized factors influencing one’s mental health journey.
Jean focuses on self-empowerment and trauma recovery work in her role. She is committed to work alongside individuals on their unique mental health journey and empower them to make intentional decisions for themselves to guide them to reach the place that they want to get to.
Jean is on her personal health and wellbeing journey by deliberately learning to be grounded and mindful, and also including workouts in her schedule (like doing a 21k!).
