Get to know Elynna
In addition to supporting couples and families in overcoming interpersonal challenges, Elynna has worked with individuals from late childhood through late adulthood, helping them navigate the complexities of life. Her client base comprises individuals from diverse social backgrounds, including but not limited to gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, and nationality.
Her past NGO work includes volunteering as a facilitator with Malaysian Mental Health Association (MMHA) and as a mental health therapist with All Women’s Action Society (AWAM).
Her favourite quote is from psychologist Carl R. Rogers: “The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.” Inspired by this, Elynna invites you back to the basics—where we are all simply strange, complex human beings trying to make sense of ourselves and the world.
She aims to create a space grounded in mutual learning and radical acceptance, with the intention of helping you shape a life that feels meaningful and authentic — all without forgetting to add a tinge of humour.
In case you’re wondering, Elynna enjoys dabbling in sports, journalling, and keeping her two cats entertained.
