Get to know Dini
She may have a longer full name, but most people know her simply as Dini. She works with teens and adults who are navigating questions around identity, confidence, communication, and direction in life. Her experience includes supporting individuals through grief, interpersonal challenges, career and academic transitions, trauma, anxiety, and depression.
Previously worked within the refugee setting, Dini developed mental health programs for students while also supporting clients through concerns. Much of her work centers around helping young people navigate academic pressures, career uncertainty, and personal growth, with the hope of supporting them in becoming the person they wish to become.
Dini's approach is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) while holding a safe space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. She hopes to serve as a reflective mirror for clients as they make sense of their challenges in order to move toward a life that feels more aligned.
Dini believes that every person’s story is unique. While life’s challenges can often feel isolating, she sees reflection and support as meaningful pathways toward growth and self-understanding. “Slowly but surely” is a value she tries to embody both personally and within the therapeutic space.
In her free time, Dini enjoys making stickers, editing reels and videos, and whisking matcha for her friends and family.
