Get to know Deanna
Deanna is a clinical psychologist who works primarily with adults and adolescents. She supports clients with concerns such as depression and anxiety, emotion regulation, grief, burnout as well as self-esteem and life transitions. With experience in both Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and hospital settings, she has worked with a diverse range of individuals. Deanna takes a gentle, paced approach to therapy, creating a space where clients can feel safe and understood. She believes that mental health deserves to be prioritised and that even with heaviness in the heart and mind, meaningful healing and growth are still possible.
Deanna believes therapy is a space to slow down and be heard. She supports clients in understanding their inner world, holding difficult emotions, and finding ways to move forward even when things feel heavy.
In her free time, she enjoys exploring art, picking up new hobbies and travelling. She also loves unwinding by spending time with her 3 beautiful cats!
