Get to know Anita
Anita primarily works with adults experiencing mental health concerns such as mood disorders, anxiety disorders, neurodevelopmental disorders (e.g. autism, and ADHD), grief, trauma, stress and interpersonal issues.
While Anita primarily employs cognitive behavioral therapy, she also incorporates techniques from other therapy approaches based on the needs of her clients.
As a therapist, Anita aims to provide a safe space for her clients to share their stories and gain new insights. She believes that it is important to acknowledge that none of us can carry the world on our shoulders, and we all need some assistance every now and then. Anita emphasizes on working collaboratively with clients in developing coping strategies to address their concerns.
On her days off, Anita enjoys travelling, having a good cup of coffee and watching Netflix.
