By providing a space to process their feelings, teens can develop emotional resilience, healthier relationships, and the confidence to thrive in life.
How Teen Therapy Works
1. First Therapy Session
A session with the teenager and parents to better understand the struggles and challenges. The therapist may choose to see the teenager alone first depending on the situation. During the session, the therapist will gather relevant social and family information as well as medical history. They will also explain what to expect in therapy and set therapeutic goals with you

2. Individual Teen Therapy Sessions
A safe space for your teen to express and explore their feelings and thoughts. Therapists are here to support and empower your teen to build mental and emotional resilience and overcome their challenges. Sessions are confidential, but parents are kept updated with general progress and strategies to support them at home.
