Get to know Peggy
Peggy is committed to fostering transformative journeys through an existential-humanistic theoretical approach.
Throughout her career, she has had the privilege of working with clients spanning all age groups from young children to individuals in their golden years, addressing a diverse array of challenges. From self-esteem issues to relationship complexities, stress management, identity and self-exploration, addiction issues, eating disorders, mood disorders, and anxiety-related concerns, she is dedicated to tailoring her approach to meet the unique needs of each individual.
Beyond traditional psychotherapy sessions, she also has experience in conducting psychological assessments that serve as a valuable tools in gaining comprehensive understanding of an individual’s strengths, challenges, and unique cognitive and emotional patterns.
She believes that therapy sessions could help clients navigating the complexities of life, fostering resilience, self-awareness and a renewed sense of purpose.
Peggy draws from an existential-humanistic approach to gently help clients make sense of life’s challenges, reconnect with what matters most to them, and move toward a more authentic, fulfilling way of being. She recognises them as the primary drivers in their own narratives. Emphasizing the fluidity of change, she holds the conviction that transformation can occur both inside and outside of therapy sessions.
Peggy finds joy in cooking her own meals, being a couch potato, moving through pilates, and spending time in nature. These simple pleasures help her feel grounded, nourished, and connected.
