Request for e-Invoice

Submit your request for e-Invoice before the 2nd day of the following month of your session.

As per the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (IRBM), Aloe Mind will be adopting the e-invoice starting from 1 July 2025.

What is an e-Invoice

An e-Invoice is a digital representation of a transaction between supplier and buyer which contains all relevant data fields required by the IRBM. An e-Invoice will replace paper or electronic documents such as invoices, credit notes and debit notes.

What is a validated e-Invoice?

An e-Invoice that has been validated by IRBM. A QR code will be generated by IRBM which may be used to validate the status of the e-Invoice.

Who will be issuing e-Invoices to clients for sessions conducted on the Aloe Mind platform?

Aloe Mind will facilitate the issuance of e-Invoice to the client on behalf of the therapist for sessions conducted through Aloe Mind, upon request of the client.

Kindly note that the issuance of e-Invoice to the client is for the purposes of complying with relevant tax legislation [e.g., Income Tax Act 1967, Labuan Business Activity Tax Act 1990, Petroleum (Income Tax), Act 1967] only and does not change the nature of transaction nor the commercial liability associated with the transaction.

When can clients request an e-Invoice?

Clients may request for an e-Invoice upon completion for their session. Clients have until the 2nd day of the following month from when the session is completed to request for an e-invoice.

Beyond this period, Aloe Mind has no obligation to issue e-Invoice to the client and will only issue a normal invoice.

When will the e-Invoice be sent after requested?

All e-Invoices will be sent on the 4th day of the following month to clients who requested for it.

How can the client request for the e-Invoice?

  1. After your session, open the follow-up email.
  2. Click the “Request E-Invoice” button. The form can also be accessed: Request Form
  3. Enter your session details (Appointment ID can be found in your confirmation email).
  4. Submit the form.

Can Aloe Mind send a consolidated e-Invoice to the client?

No, Aloe Mind is unable to provide a consolidated e-Invoice to the client. e-Invoices are issued on a per session basis.

Is there a timeline for clients to request for e-Invoice?

Clients have until the 2nd day of the following month from when the session is completed to
request for an e-Invoice.

Example:

Client 1:
Session paid on 27 May 2025;
Session completed on 3 June 2025;

Client 2:
Session paid on 10 June 2025;
Session completed on 30 June 2025;

Both Client 1 and Client 2 have until 2 July 2025 to request for e-Invoice. After that
period Aloe Mind has no obligation to issue e-Invoice to the client and will only issue a normal
invoice.
