First Session - Teen Therapy
The first session focuses on building rapport with the teenager and gathering a full picture of their emotional, social, and academic well-being.
A parent or guardian is required to be present at the beginning of this session to help provide context and support. Therapy can help with anxiety, mood changes, school stress, self-esteem, identity issues, and more.
