About me
Get to know Zachary
Zachary works with youth and working adults of all backgrounds to navigate through anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. He has also worked with children in the United States diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, using play-based group therapy as early intervention to help improve their social and emotional skills. He also has experience working with the refugee community in Malaysia at Health Equity Initiatives where he led and initiated interventions for clients.
Zachary believes that integrity and respect builds trust and collaboration with clients which helps in the therapeutic alliance.
Zachary is passionate in empowering clients through self-exploration and helps guide clients to understand and make sense of the experiences they’ve went through, providing them a safe and non-judgmental space to share, be heard, and grow at their own pace.
Outside sessions you can find Zachary catching up with the latest in athletics, football, and skateboarding.
