About me

Get to know Shreas

Shreas works primarily with adults and older adults (locals and non-locals within Malaysia and abroad) who are seeking support for their mental health concerns. Shreas has also worked in Australia and Malaysia in a variety of settings. They include being in private practice and serving in hospitals, not-for-profit organisations, and universities. She has worked with individuals ranging from young children to older adults. She sees clients from diverse countries and cultural backgrounds.

Shreas’ primary goal is to assist clients in gradually exploring deep-seated emotional issues within a safe environment. She adopts a gentle and nurturing approach to therapy. She prioritises the therapeutic connection in a client-therapist relationship and tries to match her therapy approach to an individual’s needs.

Shreas enjoys being in nature and engaging in outdoor activities. She also likes arts and craft, and trying out new recipes to cook. Recently, she has developed an interest in birdwatching and is on the lookout for rare birds.
