Get to know Ee Jing

(Ee Jing's internship with Aloe Mind ends on 3 April 2027)

Ee Jing is a Trainee Clinical Psychologist who works with children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly experiencing emotional distress, everyday stress, workplace burnout, and various mental health challenges. With over five years of experience advocating for holistic mental wellbeing across diverse clinical, community, and workplace settings, she has developed a deep understanding of how mental health challenges manifest in everyday life.

Ee Jing believes that everyone’s journey is unique and that every individual deserves a safe space where they feel heard, understood, and empowered. Guided by a person-centred, evidence-based, and trauma-informed approach, she strives to foster kindness and connection, supporting individuals in building resilience and moving toward greater psychological well-being.

As a trainee, she remains committed to reflective practice, continuous learning, and working collaboratively with clients while developing her clinical skills under professional supervision.

Ee Jing is dedicated to creating a therapeutic environment grounded in trust, authenticity, and empathy, walking alongside her clients as they navigate life’s challenges, heal, and grow at their own pace.

In her free time, Ee Jing loves a mix of traveling, fun activities, and low-key rest. She enjoys being active through various sports, making sure to get moving at least once a week with pickleball, badminton, or swimming. As an introvert, she recharges by unwinding to music or exploring new hands-on activities like knitting, cooking, and baking. Her ideal weekend reset involves enjoying mealtime, spending time with loved ones, taking some quiet "me time," or simply lying down on the couch and enjoying doing absolutely nothing at all.
